Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

All work will be confirmed via email or official communication channels
Proof of Delivery (POD) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery
Drivers must inspect loads at collection point for contamination
Performance will be monitored continuously
Correct PPE must be worn at all times on site
All information received is confidential
Non-solicitation of ABM clients for 12 months following last work
Valid insurance and licensing must be maintained
Invoices must be submitted within 5 days of work completion
Payment terms are Net 30 days from month-end
Speeding or dangerous driving results in immediate suspension
Hand-held mobile phones are prohibited while driving
All vehicles must have operational automatic sheeting systems
